blocked attachments

When I have to send or recieve emails with an attachment
with and .url or .exe file I am getting an eror that says
it has been blocked by Outlook.
From all I have read the only way to open these is to
change the registry.
There has to an easier way to cahnge the security to fix
this problem.
I am using Windows XP Pro and Outlook 2002.
Does any one have a solution to this problem?

Ken Slovak (Outlook-MVP) has a tool called "Attachment Options"
that works wonderfully!
