Blocked extensions

I'm using outlook 2000 and when I receive
any .zip .cmd .vbs files it automatically blocks them.
Now I'm unsure how to enable this setting, as I would like
all clients in the business to do this.

We are also not using exchange.

Can anybody help

Zips aren't blocked the other are. For more information on the blocked
