blue background & white text but 'I' cursor is still black!

I'm using the blue background with white text to reduce the glare on my poor eyes. However, it looks as though the 'I' cursor, does NOT change to white. It stays black, and trying to find a black 'I' cursor on a blue background is impossible.

Does anyone have a fix for this.

Thanks

No, we don't have a fix for that -- not on OS 10.5.2.

But Mark, our other poster, will be deeply grateful to her that there are
now TWO of you wanting this feature.

Microsoft Software Engineer Curt Laird is still investigating this, but the
initial indication was that it is a bug.

You should do all the usual things: Turn Spaces off, don't use Expose, and
make sure that you are in Draft or Page Layout View.

Sorry to be no help at all...
