how can I go to second, third etc. level of body text in text placeholder?(I
can edit it in slide master but not in the normal and others wiews)

What Sonia said and also ...

Sometimes the default setting of PowerPoint doesn't show the Indent (or
Demote) icon. It's there, but it's not showing on the screen. You might
want to go to the Tools menu and choose Customize. In the Options tab,
you want to check "Show Standard and Formatting toolbars on two rows."
Then you should see the Indent/Demote icon (as well as the
Deindent/Promote icon).
