Browse Groove workspaces from VB.NET?

Hi,
Is it possible for a VB.NET application to be developed to query Groove for
a list of the workspaces defined? Also, can a VB.NET app access the files
within a Groove workspace?

There are two free offerings and one commercial one. The free offerings are
