Building Org Charts: Drilling down on one shape

Good morning. I want to "explode" a node on my org chart in another
tab to keep all the organizations together in one online document. In
a perfect world, my primary chart would have name, title and a link
for the "Inspection Department" manager in one object. Click the link
and it takes you to the tab with the entire organization chart for the
"Inspection Department".
