Bullet Printing in Word 2002

I am using HP LaserJet 2100 series. I have installed the latest patc
for Word 2002 (SP3). However, when i tried to print out the bullet, i
came out as a 'wormy' symbol.

Is there setting to be done to fix this? Or is it just problem with th
printer? Thx in advance!
