Busines contacts

Am using the new Business contacts manager with the new
Outlook 2003

I have copied my old contacts into "Business Contacts"

However - am now getting a message when attempting to
create new business contacts "Form cannot be found -
contact your administrator".

Also when opening contacts its says "form cannot be found -
using outlook form" and then there is another error
message that says something like "fields cannot be found"
