Business Contact Manager

I have been using Business Contact Manager with Microsoft
Outlook 2003 Professional Version. It has not been
working properly so I tried uninstalling with the
intention of reinstalling. WHen I try reinstalling I get
the following error message "Setup failed to configure
the server. REfer to the server error logs and setup
error logs for more information."

I am not installing on a server and I have no clue what
is wrong.

Can anybody help?
