Button Problem

Hi, I am trying to make a page that will always have a button in the top,
right corner of the screen, and I'd like it to stay there even if the user
scrolls down the page, so it would have to move up and down the page,
depending on where the user is navigating. I know I've seen this done
before, just not sure how it was done. Thanks.
