Calculate work by a fixed percentage by resource

Is it possible to assign multiple resources to a task each with a fixed
percentage for work where the work for that resource will change
automatically (based on the percentage calculation) when the overall work for
that task changes? For example: Fred is assigned at 10% if the task has 40
hours assigned to it, Freds hours will calculate to 4. If the work for the
task changes to 80 hours, Freds work automatically changes to 8 based on the
percentage assigned to him.
