Calendar changes not reflected in Task Finish dates

HELP ! I'm really stuck, having sold my company on using Resources in Project
to successfully plan.

I'm passed the delivery hour for this plan, and I am stuck.

Instead of adding more resources to a project , I want to add an extra hour
of workday to all resource people. So I created a new base Calendar called
Rush and used the wizard to change the work times in it. All people have the
calendar now assigned to them.

Why isn't this changing the finish dates ???

OK, I found my own answer: it IS updating, but the changes did not make
enough difference to cause the finish DAY to change.
