I have one task in my Project file which is calculating the finish
date ~25 days longer than it should be. THe duration I have assigned
is 4 days. I have thoroughly looked at the predecessors and
successors to ensure there are no lags or unusual relationships with
FS, SS, etc. I have also cleared the baseline to see if maybe there
was something associated with it that was driving the dates out. I
have checked the calendar to make sure it is working time. The
schedule is not resource loaded and no resources are assigned to this
particular task. The only thing I notice different about this task is
that the test for Actual Finish is red. It still says NA because none
of these tasks have started or finished yet. Any ideas?
