Calendar in Project

I need to assign a calendar that has thursday and friday off from 2/14/09 to
5/31/09 and the sat and sun off from 6/1/09 to now. how can i do this. The
working times are 2 am till 12 pm

What version of Project? You'll find general guidance at FAQ 5
"Default Working Hours" at:
http://project.mvps.org/faqs.htm

The detailed answer really does depend upon whether you are using
Project 2003 (or earlier) or using Project 2007.
