Calendar Sharing Issue across Exchange servers

Hey there everyone. This is probably an unusual case, but let's see if
anyone knows what may be going on, or get me pointed in the right direction.
Know that I think this may be an Exchange issue, but where it only happens
in Entourage, I thought I'd stop here first. Ok, here we go.

We are starting to migrate users over to our new Exchange 2007 server from
our Exchange 2003 server. Not all users have made the transition as of yet.
Something that I've noticed is that those who are on the new Exchange 2007
server who use Entourage 2008 are unable to see calendars of those who are
still on the Exchange 2003 server, either in Entourage or Outlook. Now
those who use Outlook in the Windows world, are able to see calendars of
anyone, no matter what mail server they're on. When an Entourage 2008 user
tries to connect to the calendar of a user on the Exchange 2003 server, we
just the simple error "Entourage cannot connect to the Exchange server. The
server is unavailable. Please try again later." No error code or anything.
I haven't any luck with Google or the MS Support database as of yet.

Would anyone have anything I could try? Any tips and/or assistance would be
greatly appreciated. Thanks everyone.

Are you using the Exchange Web Services edition of Entourage? If so, it
will not be able to see any mailboxes on your 2003 servers. You will
instead need to use the regular version of Entourage 2008 until your
clients have all been migrated to 2007.

Hope this helps!

No, we're actually using the full on Entourage 2008 that which comes with
Office 2008.

Also, we're just trying to access shared calendars, not mailboxes. I
appreciate your help!

Since this is probably an Exchange configuration issue, I would suggest
you ask your question in the microsoft.public.exchange.admin newsgroup
to see if someone there can provide some insight into what's happening.
I don't see why you shouldn't be able to see a 2003 shared calendar from
a 2007 account.
