Sorry, that is not possible. The Calendar view in Project shows tasks
and as non-working time is not a "task" to Project, the view you
describe does not exist.
Fellow MVP, Jan De Messemaeker, has an explanation and macro which will
convert non-working time in a resource's calendar to tasks. You may
find it helpful to achieve what you are looking for. You may find Jan's
