Calendar View

Hello All,

I apologize in advance if this is a simpke thing and I'm
not getting it but is ther a way to have all tasks of a
particular resource show up in the calendar view and not
run off inot the overflow view? I typically have a variety
of smaller projects linked into one large file and with
viewing by resource I can easily see if there is an
overlap or not. I would also like my team to be able to
print out their own personal calendar displaying only
those tasks they are accountable for.

Hi David,

When in the Calendar view, on the toolbars, look for "All Tasks"
Drop down, select "Using Resource".
That's it
