Calendars in Publisher

Is there a way to globally add U.S. Holidays into a
calendar in publisher and can I update it annually saving
with a new file name so that I never have to change dates
or events again?

This is not an option in Microsoft Publisher. You would
need to use a program such as Microsoft Outlook or
Microsoft Works Calendar.
