Can 2 users use the same Outlook XP .pst file??

Hi,
My computer has 2 different user names. Is it possible
for both users to use the same Outlook (XP) mail files?
If so, does anyone know how?

Different users can share the same pst file as long as they both have access
to the file and they don't access the pst file at the same time.
