Can a publisher email template be inserted into an email?

I'm considering buying publisher. If I do, can I use the templates to send
out a monthly newsletter to clients and insert the template (with necessary
information) into an email or with the client have to download the template?

You could design and send an email from Publisher (and the recipients
would only need to download the email, not Publisher or any separate
Publisher templates), but that is by no means the primary purpose of the
product. Publisher's first purpose is to create printed materials.

Thanks for the SPEEDY reply Ed! I really appreciate it! However, I know
little about computers. Is your answer stating that when others open the
email that I send...the information (template and information) is
AUTOMATICALLY there...or will they need to download? I'm trying to avoid
purchasing a subscription from an online company that will assist me in doing
an electronic newsletter.

They will *not* need to download. However, the newsletter will not
appear correctly in all newsreaders, and will probably not be able to be
forwarded to other people without ruining the formatting. If you desire
either of these qualities, you will want to use an application other
than Publisher, or purchase the subscription.

I just wanted to rephrase in case this is a simply question.I have
bought Publisher (for a clint)just so she could send newsletters i
create for her.
There is no technical bumps here this is a small business sending
customers emails very specific(not spam) to there needs.
If your intended audience is using the usual outlook ,outlook express(I
have tested 2 other popular clients with no problems) set up for there
email reception Publisher is the best software i could find(non tech)to
get this job done.
This is a huge subject with many different bells and wistles but don't
be put of Publisher is a fantastic tool for this and very economical
with a tiny learning curve.
Let me make it clear this is not a solicitation i only work in Canada.
