can exchange be set up to provide a 'catch-all' for email account

Hi,
I have just recently set up exchange server for my domain name and am
loooking to provide a catch all for any email addresses that come through
with our domain name attached e.g (e-mail address removed) - can this be done?

If you don't get an answer here, you may want to ask in one of the
exchange groups on this server, just replace "office" with "exchange".
