Can FrontPage banner ad manager colors change?

I am, as you might say, an idiot user. I buy a program and I use it--don't
ask me to open up the hood and fix anything, because I'll just make a mess.

Nevertheless, I bought two books on beginning Java just to change the gray
background color in my FrontPage 2002 Banner Ad Manager applets. Neither
book helped. I'm not certain if I CAN change the color--but the graphics
that I'm rotating in the Banner Ad Manger were meant to be seen with a black
background--like the rest of my site (see: http://www.seattlecomedy.net )

Instead of shuffling images, I've got two rows of six gray boxes with
graphics, featuring inappropriate shadowing for a gray background, rotating
around pathetically.

Can the gray background color be changed to black? If so, how do I do it?

Your help is appreciated.

No.
Grey is the background colour for any Java Applet. The banners are
supposed to fill the "window" so the grey does not show.

You should search for a JavaScript ad rotator, since Windows XP and
IE6 (since SP1) installations do not natively support Java - users
have to download and install the Java Virtual Machine from Sun's
website.
