Can GLOBAL.MPT location be changed?

I have macros that I don't want associated with the .mpp file, so I put them
in GLOBAL.MPT. I work in an environment where I may be on one of a few
different computers, and I would like those macros to be available on each
one. It seems like it would be best to have a single copy pointed to by all
the systems. We have a network drive that gets mounted no matter where we
log in, is there a way to point to a GLOBAL.MPT there?

Sort of...
Put your project global.mpt on a drive that is accessible, then create a
shortcut which points to the global. When you click on the shortcut, project
will open and use that global. On the down side, when you double click a
file to open it, then project will use the local global. There may be some
way to customize that as well, but I find that using a shortcut is easier
for most people to use.
