Can I access Binders from Office XP

I use Office XP on my laptop but can't access Bonder files created with
Office 2000 on a different computer. What should I do?

The Binder feature is not included with Office XP or 2003. But
if you still own a copy of Office 97 or 2000, then you can
custom-install Binder from the previous version. See
