Can I change from letter size to legal size in one publication?

I want to change the paper size in the same publication. Can I do this or do
I need to have 2 different publications? I'm working in Microsoft Publisher.

The latter method is the only way.

If you create one file for each paper size, you can convert them to .pdfs
and combine them if you have a program like Adobe Acrobat.
