Can I conditionally format table cells in Word, like I can in Exc.

I have a two column Word table. One side is questions, and the other is for
answers. The answer column is color-coded, and I want to have the ability to
have the color revert to "no fill" if any text at all is entered. This is
easy to do in Excel, with conditional formatting. Does Word have this same
capability? Thanks!!
