can I create...?

a single page file with graphics which I can e-mail to members of our club?
I would like it to look like a newsletter...

Problem is..I can create it in MS Publisher...but then I wan to send it so
it opens, but not as an attachment...

Please advise...I know this must be easy..cause I get span that looks like
this...

In Publisher 2002 and later, you can use the Send Page as E-mail
functionality.
