Can I export to Front Page 2003?

Can I import a Publisher file into Front Page 2003 or export it to Front
Page. I have tried converting the Publisher file to a htm file and then
bringing it in to Front Page with undesired results. Any suggestions?

The only way of converting a Publisher file to FrontPage is the method
you've tried. Otherwise you'll have to manually recreate it in FrontPage.

Redesign it from scratch in FP2003.
