Can I one-click print to a choice of printers in Word?

I am trying to find a way to use a toolbar button to automatically set up
multiple printers so I can select one to print from just as I would use the
default printer button at present. Has anyone been able to do this?

Yes - and no.
You can record or write macros to print the entire document to each of your
printers. Note, though, in at least some versions of Word running such a
macro will change the default printer, not just in Word, but in Windows.
Such a macro can be attached to a toolbar button.
