Can I open a Publisher 2000 file with Publisher 2003 and vice ver.

I have Publisher 2000 at home while my church has Publisher 2003. I will be
putting together a newsletter for them and was wondering if we will have any
problems working together going from 2000 to 2003 and back again. Can this
be done and do you have any suggestions I should keep in mind?
