Can I uninstall Microsoft Office?

I have an older version (2000) and when I got my new computer, it came with
2003. The trial product key isnt working so I'd rather just go back to to
2000 and not have this headache of trying to figure this out.

Can I uninstall Microsoft Office without ruining my computer?
Its such a large file!!

The trial version is just that - a trial. If you aren't going to buy Office
2003 it ought to be uninstalled. If you have started using it you could have
difficulties but worry about that if/when it happens. Make sure you back up
any files you've created just in case.
