Can I upgrade from project central to project central 2003?

I have been asked to upgrade our project central to project central 2003. I
have looked through the microsoft website but can find no reference to this.
if I can, where do I get the upgrade?

Project Central is very different from Project Server 2003.
You would upgrade by purchasing the new product.
I'm not an expert, but I would think that you would end up abandoning your
Project Central installation and instead publish your projects to Project
Server 2003.
This entails purchasing Project Professional 2003 as well.
Look on the website for Project Server 2003 and you can find the details.
I'm afraid there is not an easy transition between the two.
