Can not insert attachment on outlook 2002

when i new ,forward or reply a email, i can not insert attachment.

on the insert menu, only item and signature can be displayed,

so i can not insert a file, i try to reinstall outllok and create a new

profile,but can not resolved, but i try to use word to edit email, i can

insert file, the insert menu is back to normal, but i don't want to edit

email by word, anybody could help me ! Thanks !!!!!!

i can not find the "paperclip" on the toolbar, please give me detailed

Ok try this,
Click "Reply" for an E-mail, Then r-click the Menu area and select
Customize, pick Toolbar tab, and then select Menu, now click on the
"Reset" button. That should restore all the menu Items.
