Can not open attachments in Outlook Express 2000

After downloading the most current Windows security
patches Outlook Express now blocks any attachments
including documents with .doc extensions. How can I go
back to the way it was before the patch?

Click on tools, options, security, then remove the check mark next to Do not
allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus.
