I have upgraded from Office 97 to Office XP. My desktop
computer is running XP Pro. Since the upgrade, I can not
open .jpg attachments. When I double click on the
attachment in Outlook, I get the following error: The
system cannot find the file specified. If I save the
attachment to my hard drive, I can then open it. This is
an office computer, with e-mail running on Exchange
Server 5.5 (SP4). Any ideas what caused this problem?
