I can not send emails or receive emails with outlook 2003 on XP, but the
weird thing it's that it's working with Outlook express. I have the correct
POP and SMTP infos and I have other computers (some with Windows 98) on a
small network handled with Windows 2000 and they work fine. But I setup this
new computer and it doesn't want to work.
The microsoft exchange system works, but for external mail, I have to use
Outlook express. When I test the parameters there are no problems, but it
never works...i get this : Delivery to the following recipients has been
delayed. and then another one saying it hasn't been able to send it...
What's the problem...any ideas ?
