Can PERT boxes be arranged in date order whether connected or not.

As someone who likes to think in pictures, I'd find it useful to have the
task boxes in the PERT view arranged so that they are all in date sequence.
I know that any connected tasks will show this way - from left to right, but
another sequence of tasks below or above will have their own scale, so tasks
in different 'sequences' or roll-ups but in the same week/month will not
appear in the same vertical slice of the chart. Is it possible to apply more
of a 'calendar' view to the PERT chart?

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup :)

In Project 2003, from the Network Diagram view, Format/Layout... and use the
Arrangement: pick list to select Top Down By Week.
