can publisher 98 files be import to publisher 2003?

Is it possible to change publisher 98 files so that they are compatible with
publisher 2003 software?

Publisher 2003 will open 98 files. You will lose some formatting, especially WordArt.
There is a compatibility tool you can download in the event you do choose to upgrade
to Publisher 2003.

If you are having problems opening 98 files, it could be because of your anti-virus
software.
