Can send, but cannot receive mail

I'm running Outlook 2002 and can send mail, but cannot receive it. When I test the account settings, it tells me that a network connection needs to be established, however, I am on the network and not having any problems with that. I can connect to the Internet just find through my LAN. What might the problem be?

Check and see whether your POP3 settings are correct.
