Can Trial version convert to Office for Students and Teachers?

I have a new computer and have downloaded the trial version of Office 2003.
I am thinking about buying the Office 2003 version for Students and Teachers.
If I save things in Outlook for example, will I be able to convert them over
to the purchased software when I download it or will I have to start over?

Thank you.

Suggest:
Purchase Office 2003 Students and Teachers {assume you qualify} from any
local store or online vendor such as Amazon.com.
Uninstall your trial version of Office 2003. Data files such as
outlook.pst where you saved your Outlook data should not be deleted. To be
safe, do a search for the hidden file outlook.pst and copy {not move} it to
another folder. You can locate outlook.pst by looking in Outlook 2003,
Tools, Options, Mail Setup and clicking of Data files.
Install your new Office 2003 Students and Teachers.

IMO, you should not try to install Office 2003 Students and Teachers without
first uninstalling the trial version.

Thank you. I'm a teacher so I am qualified. I want to sart puting our
schedules into Outlook's calendar, but don't want to lose them or have to
redo them. Your suggestion is helpful. When buying software from Amazon (or
other dealers) what do you need to watch for to be sure it isn't a bootleg or
a copy?

If you buy from Amazon you are safe. I heartily recommend it! And no, I
don't get kickbacks from them. I'm just a very satisfied customer of theirs.
