Can you archive in entourage by *Date* (justas you can in Outlook)

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: Exchange Simple question for what I thought was a simple task. Outlook lets you archive files by date (e.g., archive everything before the last month and back in time through whatever's on the server so only "currentish" email sit on the server, the rest is in the archive locally for me to read as needed). This is what I used to do with Outlook. I cannot see this option on Entourage.
