=======================================
Try this...

Download and install the following free PDF Creator.

PrimoPDF
http://primopdf.com/

With your new program installed...open your project
in Publisher and go to...File / Print.

On your Print screen...open the drop window and
select PrimoPDF as your printer.

Click...OK...now you will see the PrimoPDF screen
and you can browse to a save folder.

When you click...OK..your .pdf file will be created
in your save folder.

Brian,

You trying to take David's place? C'mon, you could have at least added
something to help. If nothing else, you could have mentioned that other
DTP program that allows you to Publish as a PDF without the need for a
third party program. :)

Nah, there were already two sufficient responses. But in real life, I am
truly a major smart ass, so I let loose for fun with my reply. Just
being human :)

I thought I saw an allusion to the fact he's dumped Publisher (and us <g>) and
is using some other software.
