I know that in Word you can print partial sheets of labels by specifing row &
column numbers. If this possible in Publisher 2003?

much I could learn from just reading here. But, right after this, my
newsgroups stopped working. I asked the ISP, who said they had stopped
offering newsgroups 2 years ago (stopped paying for them) but they kept
getting them, until recently when they were cut off. Apparently I was
the only one who asked what happened to them (LOL)
I just remembered I can get the newsgroups through google, even though
it's slower and harder to follow.

JoAnn Paules said:I paste it into a document of an entire sheet of the blank labels. Funny
thing is that tonight I went the other way. I copied a business card
designed in Word into Publisher. Much easier to make a change once than 10
times.
As for your printer clashing with Publisher, please explain. Have you looked
for updated drivers?

Thanks
Just when I started looking for newsgroups, they stopped coming in.
I know there are PhotoShop Yahoo egroups. Seems like so much I want to
learn and do and not enough time in the day (or night)
I didn't know you could copy/paste labels into Word, with the
formatting and pictures, etc? Do you do it in the label
(envelope/label) box?
I have a hard time with that, seems like it doesn't stay where I want
it, even when I type it in a document and it transfers into the label
box.
I also have a new printer (Lexmark X5150) which seems to clash with
Publisher, like I can't get them both set up so it prints right.
But, I think that's another topic.

I did get the latest driver from online (instead of the cd that came
with
it).
I meant the settings were clashing. Like I'd set up in Publisher but the
printer wouldn't be set right and that would override- or the two together
(being different) would mess it up.
The more I learn the more I realize how much I really don't know (LOL)
This group seems really patience with newbies and inexperienced. I've
been
on groups where they ignore you if you aren't on their tech level, or
don't
have expensive equpiment to brag about (LOL) Like who just bought the
newest
$2000 camera, etc.
Not microsoft groups.
It's nice that so many who know about this are so willing to help (here)
