Can you set up another email account in an early v of Outlook?

I need to set up an second email account in Outlook. This would be
fine if they had the latest version but its not and on a Win95
machine. So can this be done? I can't even put Outlook Express v6 on
as it doesn't like 95.

What version of Outlook?
