Can you work with odd sized envelopes in Publisher 2003?

In Publisher 2003, the "Envelope Options" menu provides only two sizes of
envelopes to work with (C6 and DL).

There are countless other sizes. How do we enter their custom dimensions?

Are you running an international version of Publisher? (not U.S.)

Does your printer support envelopes other than C6 and DL?
