Cancel Printing

Can someone tell me how to cancel printing? I have clicked twice on the
printer icon in the taskbar, but the printer still seems to print. Any
suggestions? Thanks so much. John

Take the paper out and turn off the printer. Thats what I do, and it seems
to do the job everytime. When you restart back your computer, it might pop
up a message telling informing you of an incomplete print job, just press
cancel to delete it.

Most times it does work from the system tray in Windows, only if you catch
it in time, do so you just have to make decisions fast.

You can also try pressing the Cancel Job button on your printer. That is what I do.
