Cannot Create New Data File

I just uninstalled Office 2007 and reinstalled Office 2003. When I try to
create a new data file, there are no choices in the dialog box. usually you
have the choice of an Outlook 2003 file or an Outlook 97-2002 file.

Also, I have no address book choices if I try to create a new address book.

I could not find a registry entry for this.

Any help would be appreciated.
