I just recently encountered this problem. I had several
viruses arrive in my inbox, I didn't open any of them and
I have an updated McAfee Virus Scan Online version
running. Once I deleted the emails from my inbox, I went
to delete them from my 'Deleted' items folder. When I
select the messages to be deleted, it gives me the
usual "Are you sure you want to delete this message(s)"
dialog box. I click yes as usual, but instead of my
email being deleted, they remain in the deleted items
box. Does anyone have a clue as to what's going on????
