Cannot download email from Server

Chris

Hi
I have just upgraded to Outlook from Outlook Express.
When I send / receive the mail on the server is shown but,
with the internet still connected, when I try to move the
mail to my Inbox an error message is shown telling me to
click on FILE, then click CONNECT TO MSN. how can I
configure outlook to be connected to msn all the time like
it used to be in express ?
another strange thing is that if I am not connected to the
internet and send a new email it goes stright into the
sent folder and does not sit in the outbox waiting to go?

Any ideas ?

Thanks
Chris
