If you delete something in Outlook it should go to the Deleted Items
folder. Check in the Deleted Items folder and if you find the contact
simply drag and drop it back into the Contacts folder. If the conact is not
in the Deleted Items folder then it is gone unless you have a backup or are
connected to an Exchange server, then the network administrator might be
able to retrieve the contact.
